BLAST Wakeskate Magazine is a publication produced bi-monthly and distributed throughout the United States to dealers, board shops, cable parks, events, and instructional camps free of charge. Each issue is also viewable and archived here on our website as they are published. We feel strong about supporting "rider owned and/or operated" entities and understand that the incentive to do so will innovate and push the sport as we know it with no boundaries. Whether it's an afternoon at your favorite gap, a day out on the lake or river with the crew, or enjoying your experience at an event, we want to capture the lifestyle of the wakeskate community to promote the sport that we hold so dear to our hearts. To all the pioneers of our sport from the past and the ones to be, we thank you for your hard work, dedication, and vision you have for what is possible on and off the water; none of this could be possible without you.
Cheers & Happy Shredding!

Recently the Texas Ski Ranch hosted the seventh annual FreezeRide to kick off the 2010 season. After a long off season, FreezeRide always launches the Tournament season at TSR and gets a little stoke back in the bones. This year riders from as far away as California, Minnesota and Florida joined the always-present group from Kansas City Watersports that are anxious for the start of their season. It was the slayshTank Team that showed up to compete on Saturday, placing in 7 of the top 10 spots for the Pro Wakeskate Divisions. Grant Roberts from the Obscura team took 1st on cable. Oury Yarbrough kept it fresh by taking 1st in Pro Boat Division and 2nd on the Cables. Bret Little, David Roehm, Collin Gee, and Matt Davidson also made impressions for all those who showed up. The slayshTank Coalition also showed up, Ryan Light and Mike Shore shot video and stills. For more on the slayshTank team Riders and the Coalition visit: slayshTank.com
