Can be yours from Remote Wakeskates…
I know it’s been a long wait for our boards to come out. We won’t apologize though. The team has been hard at work on every aspect of our boards to come up with the perfect board for not only our team, but you the heart and soul of wakeskating. From the materials we use, exact rocker lines, concave, and even down to how we want the graphics that fit “Remote”. We are only days from shipping our first batches out to your local shops, but as we finished the first batch we came up with this idea… The responses we’ve been getting from the public, emails, phone calls, online posts, and word of mouth have kept us motivated and we want to give back our appreciation for that. We pulled our first board off the production line, put a limited one time only first graphic on it and it’s going to one of you. Use this board as you like, but remember this is literally Remote’s first production board and we hope you cherish it as much as we cherish giving it to you. Here are the rules. Please write a short sentence about why you need Remotes first board. Send all emails to silas@remotewakeskates.com Andrew, Ben, and myself will pick the winner on Monday the 29th and will personally be shipping you the board along with some other goodies compliments of all of our sponsors. We love everyone’s support and appreciate you waiting for us. It took us this long for a reason and you will see that in all of our products…

Recently the Texas Ski Ranch hosted the seventh annual FreezeRide to kick off the 2010 season. After a long off season, FreezeRide always launches the Tournament season at TSR and gets a little stoke back in the bones. This year riders from as far away as California, Minnesota and Florida joined the always-present group from Kansas City Watersports that are anxious for the start of their season. It was the slayshTank Team that showed up to compete on Saturday, placing in 7 of the top 10 spots for the Pro Wakeskate Divisions. Grant Roberts from the Obscura team took 1st on cable. Oury Yarbrough kept it fresh by taking 1st in Pro Boat Division and 2nd on the Cables. Bret Little, David Roehm, Collin Gee, and Matt Davidson also made impressions for all those who showed up. The slayshTank Coalition also showed up, Ryan Light and Mike Shore shot video and stills. For more on the slayshTank team Riders and the Coalition visit: slayshTank.com
