Had the pleasure of filming with Andrew this past Thanksgiving and it was everything I expected + more. Kid throws down consistent lines, along with his popped clean style. Check out www.integrity-wake.com and www.slayshtank.com for more info on Andrew and Integrity.

Technique 101: Backside Body Varials

Friday, February 12th, 2010

1. First thing you want to do is set your feet as if you were going to do an ollie.

2. Then start at the trough of the wake and take a mellow edge out about 10 feet and flatten off.

3. Let go with you back hand as you flatten off.

4. When you have taken your back hand off and flattened off, wait until you feel comfortable and then go for it.

5. When you do it, you dont really do an ollie you just jump striaight up to were the board stays directly under you.

6. Now you want to turn your body backside and watch the center of the board.

7. As you land make sure you land over your toes. And keep your head looking down until you are for sure you have landed it.

8. Sometimes if you look up to soon your body will open up when your not ready for it and you will fall over your heels.
